There is an update in exe format available. If you have FM Pro installed and it offers an update, then you start the update from the client. It puts a file in your Windows %temp% folder and the file is named: fmp.xx.x.x.xxx.updates.x64.withoutui.exe. I use this file to wrap in a .intune file and have intune do the update.
Regrettably, we are currently unable to provide support for FileMaker at this time. After some further testing, it appears that the FileMaker updates also require extraction (which contains multiple files) in order to run silently. As of now, our support is limited to single-file MSI and EXE installers.
To help us prioritize the development of this feature, we kindly request upvoting the idea for enabling support for multiple-file installers. You can find and upvote the idea at the following link: https://ideas.patchmypc.com/ideas/PATCHMYPC-I-1463

We would like a FileMaker pro 19 installation file. I've attached an example of the layout of the files when extracted to the folder. We need to package these files and then run setup.exe. Please feel free to contact me if you need these files for packaging purposes.
These are the instructions for installing from a network.
Installing using a networked volume (Windows)
To make FileMaker Pro installation files available on your network:
Create an installer folder on a networked volume for the installation files.
Extract the software to a folder: double-click the downloaded installer, wait for the software components to be extracted, then cancel the installation.
In your extracted software folder, locate the installation files in the Files folder. Then, copy the files to the folder you created on your networked volume.
FileMaker Pro only: To set up an assisted installation, edit the Assisted Install.txt file located in the installer folder you created, and save the changes as plain text. See About the personalization file (FileMaker Pro only).
To install FileMaker Pro, tell users to:
Mount the volume containing the installation files.
These appear to be just for the updates. I will check with the Desktop Analysts on where they get the primary installer file from. It may need a license to be installed.
Does FileMaker have a primary installer that is different from the Software Updates which are referenced in the request? We would need access to the primary installer in order to properly test the update process.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it does.

A status update would be nice. Having this as a product to update would be great. That process is a thorn in my Service Desk's side.
whats the status on this since it has been marked as started?

I would only consider installing FileMaker Pro (the client not the server)
Updates should be possible because I have them working already in Intune (Win32)
Base installation, is not possible, I think because you need to enter a license key or durinig installation have access to a license certificate file.
