While the Advanced Insights team worked diligently to get a solution in place for HP Warranty ingestion into the planform the HP Work Experience Platform is not a viable solution for many organizations as it requires a) install the HP Insight Agent on all machines or b) grant full read-only access to Intune which could allow HP the ability to data mine inventories, giving them a leg up over other vendors.
In our talks with HP they stated the BETA Warranty API is available to HP customers. Is it possible to add this functionality to Advanced Insights rather than using the Work Experience Platform, or as an option instead of the WEP.
