There's a reason why Microsoft had to buckle, and readd the 'compact view' to File Explorer... Because it's unusable without it! And they were incredibly dumb for removing it in the first place. A case of form over function, that killed it's function.
Lists of anything are much harder to scan down/up when you increase the line-spacing. As we're looking for the shape of the word, not reading the letters of the words, and seeing them in relation to the one before, and after it help us find what we need.
PMPC is now triple line-spaced. Most of the UI is wasted 'whitespace'
Please give us single line-spaced entries. Shrink the icon, as that's not what we're looking for when searching this massive long UNCATEGORIESD list of 500+ apps.
Please at least give us the option to set 'Compact View', so us users that aren't still in pre-school can better use it.
