Allow more customization of Update Notification + add modernize design Merged

Users are complaining the shady design of the update notification. Please modernize the design and allow more customization:

  • Customize texts

  • Fix mixed language issues

  • Allow to choose color for all relevant elements

    Would be good if the notification could be in the center of the screen. Some of our users have four screens and miss the notifications.
