Defaultuser being included just bloats the number of inactive profiles and isn't really relevant. Shouldn't this just be excluded from the dashboard / inventory extensions?
Hi Kevin,
Could you confirm what version of the Inventory Extensions msi you have installed on clients? We do not see these default user entries in our data so its possible it might have been fixed in a newer version. latest is 1.6.2
If the inventory extension version looks good then it may just be that we don't have these default user profiles on our devices for some reason, please could you run this PowerShell and send us the results to me at george@patchmypc.com
