As the Microsoft latest Surface laptop (Surface laptop 7th generation) is ARM-based, it requires updates to the WebView2 component as other Intel or AMD machines, but the ARM machines required a native version of WebView2. Installing and updating the ARM-specific version of WebView2 is important, because it impacts on the usage of Office 365 apps installed on an ARM machine, especially Outlook (new) which works only with the ARM version of WebView 2.
At the moment PMPC support the x64 version of WV2, which is great, but it would be even better if the ARM64 version was also available.
