add Nvidia CUDA toolkit for Win11. This is needed to keep installed versions up2date.

CUDA runtime is encompassing a lot and required to be maintained e.g. for a VDI env.

We currently do not support graphics card applications or drivers. These apps and drivers often cause issues such as screen flickering, screen blackouts, or even forced reboots. Additionally, there are too many variables and potential failures that we are unable to replicate in our testing environment.
The good news is that this request is an excellent candidate for our Custom Apps feature.
