There is a generic, direct link to download the latest version, that does not require any login: https://links.esri.com/arcgisearth/en.
The downloaded exe-file is a self extracting file.
Valid switches for the self-extracting file:
/s - silent install
/d <dir> - change default directory where files are extracted to.
/l - launch the setup automatically after the files are extracted.
Like other Arc installers, there's apparently no way around the dialog if the files already exists in the extract to folder, but that can easily be mitigated by creating a random folder name.
The extracted files is msi (and cab), which adheres to standard silent switches.
There are also other switches to be vary of, which are documented in the Documentation folder, after extraction. But this is how they suggest a silent install for all users:
msiexec.exe /i <setup staging location>\ArcGISEarth.msi ACCEPTEULA=yes ALLUSERS=1 CONFIGFILE=UseConfigFile CONFIGPATH=\\networkmachine\earthconfigs\config.xml /qb
