Add Tidepool Uploader

This app is used to pull data from a patient's blood glucose meter & upload to the tidepool service & EMR systems. It can self update, but requires admin privileges to do so. It would be helpful if updates could be deployed through SCCM.
While this app may not be one that is widely used outside of the healthcare field, it is one that will be deployed to a large number of computers in orgs where it is in use. In my case, it will be installed on every computer used by nurses and medical assistants throughout our org. It's very important then that we have a method to automatically install updated versions as they become available.
