Out-of-band update when using update rings

We are using update rings for deploying applications gradually, which works well for standard updates. However, there are situations where certain applications require immediate patching due to critical vulnerabilities or urgent fixes. In these cases, the lack of an "Update Now" option limits our ability to take immediate action. An "update now" button is visible in the portal, but it is not usable while the deployment is scheduled (Ring version cannot be updated if deployment status is not success).
