Add bulk editor for deleting apps/assignments in Intune

Use the Graph API to remove/re-publish apps if we need to make changes to app settings/install parameters/desktop shortcuts. Currently if I wanted to remove a desktop shortcut to an already-published app I need to manually delete it and re-sync the publishing service.

      You can now bulk delete apps and assignments in Intune.
