First, the MSI version is not really a system-wide install. It simply copies the user-based install to the Program Files (x86) directory and then is supposed to run once for each user. The problem is the run once registry key references the wrong directory so the user-based install never runs. Vendor would need to fix this before we would consider adding to the catalog.
