We’d like to improve the Home Updater so that all apps show a Publisher (vendor) name in the UI, even if it's not used for detection.
Right now, some apps don’t show a publisher at all, which can be confusing. This mostly happens with portable apps or apps where the publisher changes often.
Goal:
Make sure the Publisher field is always shown in the app list UI when it's available, even if it's skipped in detection logic.
