Many GP practices across the East Midlands region use this application for their payroll needs and it is an application which frequently updates. The challenge our supported GP Practices have is that due to the frequency of the updates, they often have to contact our Service Desk to arrange administrator access in order to perform & complete the updates. This creates the additional time & admin in contacting our Service Desk to raise appropriate tickets for action. This overhead on both ends could be removed if the IRIS GP Payroll app could be auto-updated, as with other supported apps within the Patch My PC portfolio.
