We just shipped this app in our last catalog release as "SMART Education Software", you should see it in Publisher immediately, and in Cloud within the next hour.

Note that we were not able to add this app as an update within WSUS at the moment, because it checks to see if Windows Update is running, and blocks the installation if so. Since pushing through WSUS means that the install would always be running via Windows Update, this blocks the install from running. There is a SKIP_WUCHECK option that we found for the installer, however that option is not passed to the bundled installers, and so the install still ultimately fails when trying to run from WSUS.

We've recently shipped support to have the Publisher automatically extract zip files, so we'll take another look at this app!

Is this still planned?

Smart Notebook updates quite frequently, and is usually quite frustrating to package as a custom application. This would be amazing!

This would be awesome, much needed.

This one is a bit tougher because it's a darn zip file, but I'll be looking at ways around that.
