Node.js | Split version 24 from "Latest" to have v24 updates without forcing major upgrades

Node.js version 20 is supported until April 2026. Version 22 is supported until April 2027. Version 24 will be supported until April 2028.

Please split out version 24 from "latest." This was completed for version 22 in I-4265
