Make the update notification pop-up smaller

The notifications displayed to user when an update is available is too big. Can we make this smaller, maybe to half of the current size?

    We've merged the other Ideas that are related, read and noted this Feature Request. We triage and stack rank based on customer demand (Vote counts), resourcing and other factors and will update the status if/when this Feature makes progress.

Customize the pop-up window size

The users and customers always complains the pop-up windows of notifications is too big and can't minimise, so can we add the setting that we can customize the pop-up window's size

Reduce the popup size for Modern Branding

Merged
Modern Branding popup is much bigger than Classic and it takes more than 1/3 of the screen on small laptop. Request it to reduce it, ideally allow configuration of the popup size.
