Create an Oracle Java JDK update for configman and intune that covers v22+ only

Currently there is a gap in the PMPC catalog that there is no patch/update you can use for JDK 22+ when you have users that might need multiple versions installed but also run a 22+ version. The only available update is the one labeled "Latest" however that version will remove all prior stable installs that might be on the PC vs just focusing on the 22+ non-LTS versions.

I can't think of any other product where this gap exists. For instance other apps that have yearly releases and you produce a "Latest" version, the latest is typically the same version as the current version with the only difference that it has the extra scripts to remove all previous versions. For other products this is fine because they aren't like Java where they have the main versions of 8, 11, 17, 21 as stable releases with associated patches but then continue to pump out versions 22, 23, 24, etc.

The subject of my idea is just one way you could close this gap and probably the easiest because it would just be another package in the catalog vs a change to the code of PMPC.
