We have a situation in which we need to run a dependency to ensure certain conditions are met on the endpoints before the updated application is installed/updated. Currently, it appears that when PatchMyPC updates an application, it deletes and re-creates the deployment type, thereby removing any custom dependencies in the process. We would like a method to retain any custom dependencies created in SCCM and added to a deployment type for an application managed by PatchMyPC.
Good idea, we will evaluate this feature. We recently added the option to retain requirements, and we will see if we can do the same for dependencies.
