Greenshot was published in a much newer version in May this year. The currently installed version displays a balloon notification informing users that they can download and update to the newer version themselves. This will likely lead to increased support efforts for the IT department.
Please update Greenshot to version 1.3.290 🙏

In the meantime, an even newer version - 1.3.296 - is available.

We are holding this release back on purpose because of an issue with the installer. https://github.com/greenshot/greenshot/issues/601
We are hoping the vendor will fix it soon in a future release.
