MacOS: Allow deploying LOB apps as "unmanaged"

Currently, when deploying macOS apps, if the app deployment options support deploying an application as LOB, the "IsManaged" flag will automatically be set for the application, with no way to disable it in the cloud portal. It would be helpful to be able to toggle this behavior from the cloud portal for situations where unmanaged deployments are preferred.
