your home updater just installs updates for installed apps, but doesnt kick off updates for the microsoft store ones so those are left out of date
The Microsoft Store already does automatic updates on its own. Sure they could probably make their app run a line of powershell to manually make the store do a check for updates, but not exactly needed for an item that already does automatic updates on its own already anyway.
