It would be great if you could bring an "onDemand" Deployment Feature for more individual deployments. e.G. User/Computer needs a special app, at the moment you have to create a deployment and an Entra ID Group, putting the PC/User in the Group and wait for sync. With an onDemand Deployment you can immediately start/push the deployment with just selecting a single PC/User.
This is a 'NoGo', unfortunately. Our solution is agentless, thus win32 app assignments rely on Intune functionality.
Intune only allows assignments to be created for EntraID groups, not individual devices or users.
