Currently License count is based on the number of devices active in the last 21 days. Based on the tenant. Although PMP is flexible with this we would like to see some extra options to greatly increase our experience and time on staying compliant.
We have customers who share their tenants with offices based in other countries and other budget spendings. Other scenarios we see is that their are specific clients which cannot of ord on't need updates. It would greatly improve our ease of staying compliant if we could choose based on entra ID groups to include or exclude the clients from the license count.
