We are deploying the Azure VPN client to many of our clients for remote work and access to Azure environment.

We do not currently support MSIX/APPX installers (aka Windows Store Apps). At this time, only .EXE, .MSI, and .MSP formats are supported by Patch MY PC.

I can only find an MSIX installer:

We don't support MSIX apps at this time, plus this is a complex install with multiple packages and scripts. I'll mark it for future consideration in case Microsoft make this easier to deploy.
