Implement updates to Panasonic ToughBook Deployment Support Tools and Applications

Panasonic ToghBooks have several applcations and utilities associated with them, as well as utilities/PS Modules for managing them in an Entrprise setting. Updating these softwares (like is being done for Dell and HP) would help us manage our fleets in the same manner.
