Certain combinations of Dell technologies will require us to "lock" the version of the DDPM (Dell Display and Peripheral Manager) version, to prevent incompatibility with Dell Device Management Console + Dell Device Management Agent (DDMA)

Currently the Portal and Catalog operate on the newest version, or pause, but this one may be where a granular, pick a version potentially for Portal (Cloud) only may be a very key feature
