There are two options currently for Patch My PC alerts:
enabling email alerts which notifies you of everything (success/failures/upgrades/etc).
enabling webhooks into slack or teams (this does provide a bit more granularity in that you can specify success or failures)
Different teams require different information. It would be great if the email alerts could be fine tuned to alert for specific things (success, failure, etc). Also, if the webhooks could have more options (e.g. zoom), that would be helpful.
Thank you - we've read and noted this Feature Request. We triage and stack rank based on customer demand (Vote counts), resourcing and other factors and will update the status if/when this Feature makes progress.
