Currently all I'm getting from PMPC is .NET 8.0.19, which is no longer the latest version.
.NET Desktop Runtime 8.0.20 was added to the catalog back on September 12, 2025. If you're still having issues please submit a support case and a customer engineer will assist you. https://patchmypc.com/technical-support/
