I’d like to suggest updating the current UI to use Fluent UI, similar to how it’s implemented in PSADT (PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit). believe that Fluent UI would bring a more modern look and feel to Patch My PC.

I wanted to provide an update that the Patch My PC Publisher recently underwent a significant UI modernization as part of the Publisher 3.0 release in July 2026. This release introduced substantial changes to the user interface and overall user experience.

While the current Publisher UI may not fully align with Fluent UI design principles, many areas of the application were refreshed and modernized as part of that work. We'd love to hear if there are specific areas of the current interface that you feel could still benefit from additional modernization or Fluent UI-inspired improvements, as that feedback can help us better understand where the experience could be enhanced further.

I am interested in seeing this deployed, the notification system for conflicting processes from the end user perspective is a bit antiquated for PMPC publisher compared to PSADT. Hopefully the per app notification customization can also be implemented as well with this.
