macOS Apps in Intune have the setting to "Ignore App Version" which can be set to "Yes" or "No".
Please allow this setting to be configurable in the Cloud Portal during the macOS app deployment.
This would be useful for deployments of browser apps like chrome that may auto update before the patch my pc version reaches the device. It allows the required deployment to install if does not exist but does not overwrite newer versions of the application since there currently is no version detection with mac applications like the windows have.
