Allow Linking of Publisher To Custom Apps Without Sign On

One of my instances of the Publisher is in an environment where there is limited internet access. It can reach the portal.patchmypc.com site, but it is blocked (by conditional access) from signing on to AzureAD. Please add a way for Publishers with limited access to connect to the Custom Apps portal, such as letting us generate a connection key from the portal that we can copy into the Publisher. That would still require authentication to get the connection key initially, but would allow access in more limited environments as we could get the key in a different environment and copy it in.
