Bring back the ability to see Applicability Rules for Applications (When updates are not enabled)

With the latest version of PMPC I no longer have the ability to see the applicability rules for an application when the corresponding updates for the same application are NOT enabled. I understand PMPC is going through some redesign and applicability rules access has moved to the WSUS Options > Modify Published Updates > Run Wizard screen, however in this screen only Updates that are enabled are shown. Now there is no way to see the rules for an application without first enabling the updates and creating more work to clean them up (and usually time is of the essence when digging in to review applicability rules.)
