While managing the binary free apps in PMPC is straightforward, it takes a lot of time if all MSP customers have this binary free app. Now we need to update this for each tenant separately. It would a really nice addition to allow MSP tenants to update this app for all their customers.
Example: Clickshare App requires a new file due to an update. Instead of uploading this file to every MSP customer one-by-one, an MSP should be able to upload once and push to all.
During our meetings, we were told that with the MSP Plus version we would be able to manage and cater to all our customers in one go. Based on that expectation, it has been disappointing to find that this basic functionality is not currently available. Within our organization, this is viewed as an important gap, and from our perspective it should be considered core functionality of the MSP Plus environment. We believe this should definitely be prioritized more highly on the roadmap.
This needs to be prioritized harder. Because we are not able to deploy binary free apps via App-Sets we are loosing visibility to which apps are deployed from us to our customers on one pane. Today we need to switch to every customer...
