The remote IT support tool market is garbage right now. All the good remote tools were bought by bigger companies and their product has gone downhill and/or is too expensive for what it is; I'm looking at your Bomgar.
Patch MY PC offers a great product at a great price. My suggestion is to create a division of the company that offers a remote IT support tool called RemoteMyPC. Keep it light weight, easy to use, easy to deploy, easy to patch, and not a fortune. This would provide the business with another powerful way to expand your customer base.
