Cisco Secure Client (arm64) Support Merged

Hey there, the existing Cisco Secure Client Binary Free Package only allows us to upload the x64 Binary but the x64 Binary currently can't be installed (or emulated) on a Copilot+ / arm64 Device. I currently have to untick the "arm" Platform Support in the Deployment or the Installation fails on arm64 Devices.

I would suggest that you allow us to upload a x64 Binary AND a arm64 Binary for the Cisco Secure Client Package so that we can have a x86/x64 Deployment and a arm64 Deployment.

    Or as an alternative: Split up the existing Cisco Secure Client Package and instead of Platform: Any mark it as x86/x64 only and make another one only for arm64.
