Cloud Portal - improve Notifications to include "Deployment Edit" or "app revision cleanup" info

If an Admin edits a deployment within the Cloud Portal, this change can go unnoticed. It would be Admins would be notified about this action, if Notifications (webook and/or emails) are configured.

The same on App Version retention, for instance. It would be nice to include information about deleted older versions based on the App Version retention history settings.

As an idea, these additional infos could be controlled with additional settings in the Cloud Portal.
