Add email alerts to PMPC Advanced Insights so when devices hit a critical event such as low disk space or battery issues, PMPC can send an email to the customer to alert them ASAP.
This would be a very valuable enhancement for us. Advanced Insights surfaces important and actionable data, but without proactive notifications it’s easy for critical events to go unnoticed until they become user-impacting issues.
Email alerts for conditions like low disk space, battery health, or other critical device states would allow our technology team to be proactive rather than reactive. Ideally, these alerts could be directed not only to a distribution list but also integrated with our helpdesk or ticketing system. That would give us built-in accountability, tracking, and prioritization, ensuring issues are reviewed and addressed promptly.
Ultimately, this would help us get ahead of problems before end users feel the impact, reduce avoidable downtime, and better demonstrate the value of Advanced Insights as an operational monitoring tool rather than just a reporting platform.
Strongly in favor of this enhancement—especially with options for alert thresholds, severity levels, and flexible delivery targets (email and/or ticketing systems).
It would be very useful to have email notification options in this section of the portal for compliance auditing purposes. IE: Target is 95% compliance minimum for Windows devices. Compliance drops below that threshold to 94%. Trigger email to be ...
