Add Alcatel Rainbow x64 MSI

x86 MSI and x64 EXE are in the catalog (added via https://ideas.patchmypc.com/ideas/PATCHMYPC-I-1635), but there is now an x64 MSI:

For detection purposes, this has a different ProductCode to the x86 one, but unfortunately they did not mark the MSI as 64-bit, so there will be a detection clash with the x86 variant. However there are additional vendor keys that can be used - x86 puts down:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise\Rainbow
Is64BitInstallMode = False

x64 puts down both of these:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise\Rainbow
Is64BitInstallMode = True

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise\Rainbow
Is64BitInstallMode = True

Also both x86 and x64 installers have a dependency of Miocrosoft VCRedist v14 x86 (yes, even Rainbow x64 wants the x86 redist).
