What is PhoneMondo?
PhoneMondo is a cloud-based CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) solution for SMBs. It connects to virtually any PBX system via TAPI 2.1 drivers and provides real-time CallerID popups with enriched contact data from sources like Microsoft Outlook, CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, HubSpot), and online phone directories. It also offers call logging, reporting, spam call blocking, and click-to-call functionality.
Why should it be added?
PhoneMondo is widely used in German and European SMB environments, particularly by managed service providers and IT system houses deploying it across multiple client endpoints via Microsoft Intune. Currently, there is no automated way to keep the PhoneMondo Windows client up to date across a managed fleet. Adding it to the Patch My PC catalog would enable centralized deployment and patching through Intune and ConfigMgr, benefiting MSPs and internal IT teams managing telephony-integrated workstations.
