Most of my organization's fleet is currently operating with ARM computers. Acrobat is one of our core applications, so I had to deploy the app from the Microsoft store as a workaround, since PMPC Cloud won't allow me to deploy the app or updates for ARM64 architecture on Windows. I would like to manage this app for all architectures using the PMPC cloud.
I'm surprised that this isn't supported because Acrobat Reader is emulated on ARM systems (there is no native app). It seems like it should "just work", although emulation is not always perfect of course.
It does work, but it installs the 32-bit version. Can the 64-bit version have the ARM architecture ticked as well?
That worked for me - thanks. Would appreciate if we can keep this noted so when ARM native support is released, that the ARM-native version can be added to the catalog.
Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Reader do not offer native ARM installers at this time. Adobe supports installing Reader using the 32‑bit (x86) version, which runs under emulation on ARM devices. https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/arm-processor-support-on-windows.html
If you select the 32-bit installer in the Cloud portal the ARM option is available for OS Architecture Requirements
