In AdvIns on-prem we have these properties for last reboot time and a flag for pending restart (and reason) we display this on the device modal and via the Operating Systems page with Pending restart dashstats and reports.
Please add those details to the Intune reports as well
It would be good to differentiate between a Patch/Driver or other initiated reboots from the machine so we can track last touchpoints in DR/Fix scenarios
