Currently we only have a tab to manually synch but in the sync status it seems like all or nothing approach.
When importing an app, especially something you are working on testing different options in a pre/post, or tweaking 1 app and need to validate, it would be nice to be able to CLEARLY only sync 1 application.
Maybe add this in the right click menu as an option to "import/sync-Now"

The sync status all or nothing approach is nerve wrecking and confusing for people not too familiar with the product.
