When correlating support instances, it is often important to understand firmware versions of peripherals, particularly:
Apart from inventorying and displaying this in the single-computer context, it would be very useful to be able to report on versions across the entire estate by manufacturer, model, revision (if reported) and firmware version, ideally including information on recently connected computers with their primary users. This will allow for stronger pattern recognition and reliability issue remediation, as well as vulnerability management in the cases where the peripheral updates have security implications.
From our environment's perspective, supporting this across Dell and Logitech would have the largest impact.
