Our organization deploys and manages the PaperCut Hive clients to Windows devices. Intune deployment instructions from PaperCut are described here: https://www.papercut.com/help/manuals/pocket-hive/plan-and-get-started/bulk-deployment/deploying-with-intune/

The installers are only available for download once logged in, so I believe this would be available as a binary free application.
It's worth noting that the single Windows installer file is used to install two applications (the edge node and the print client). These are deployed as separate Intune packages in the documentation.
This would be a big help to our organization, as it would save us from having to manually push out the updated installation packages.
