Using PMPC on a local server that syncs to Intune.
Twice I have had an app selected for a manual / selective sync, but when I went to run it, the selective sync dialog did not popup and it immediately went to run a full sync. Please add a dialog when you run a manual sync so that, if it doesn't display the selective apps you wanted to sync, it does not just start running a sync. It would say "You are about to sync all of your subscribed applications. Do you want to do this now?" and have a Yes and a Cancel (or No) button.
Right now, if you think you are just syncing one app (or think you are) and you screw up or something else is wrong, it jut goes right into syncing with no opportunity to either say No! or to cancel an unintended full sync.
