Using the existing ConfigMgr to Intune migration feature today, script‑based apps are still a pain point.
A lot of environments rely on CMD, BAT, VBS, and PowerShell scripts, and right now these cannot be migrated That means extra manual work or rebuilding apps after migration, which kind of defeats the purpose.
It would be great if the existing migration flow could also handle script‑based apps and bring them over as custom Intune apps, so everything moves across in one go.
Down the line, it would also be useful if some of these scripts could be matched to Patch My PC catalog apps where possible, but first step is just making sure scripted apps aren’t left behind during migration.
