The "Scan [ConfigMgr Database]/[Intune] for Supported Products" tools are useful for comparing which products are detected in your environment and available to use in the catalog. However, often times I have the "latest" version of a particular product enabled in the Publisher, so it's not always useful for me to see if a specific version of that product is also available. And some products don't have a "latest" option, so it can be hard to distinguish using this tool which products are currently being managed or not.
For example, if I have "TeamViewer Latest (EXE-x64) (Full Content)" enabled, I don't necessarily need to see "TeamViewer 15 (x64) - EXE Install" returned by the tool. Multiply this by all the products you have the "latest" version enabled for, and the results can quickly become cluttered and less useful.
One potential solution to address this could be to have the version-specific products (e.g., "TeamViewer 15 (x64) - EXE Install" using my previous example) returned by the tool include an information icon "i" you can hover over (or some other method) indicating you have the "latest" version enabled (e.g., "TeamViewer Latest (EXE-x64) (Full Content)"). Alternatively, a filter checkbox for the tool that reads "exclude version-specific products that have the 'latest' version enabled."
