Currently it's not possible to understand patch compliance for older Microsoft updates. For example, it's not possible to answer questions like "what is the current patch compliance for Microsoft updates released 2 months ago?"
The ideal implementation would be something similar to what's available in Advanced Insights for ConfigMgr (see screenshot; the ability to walk back and see compliance stats for updates released in previous months).

Think Hardware inventory in config manager where you can diff 2 dates. Or perhaps a timemachine like timeline so you can watch these events in playback.
