At the moment it feels like the MSP platform is a second class citizen when it comes to PMPC and nothing stops our customers for just saying no and signing up to Enterprise
Why are there so many features with Enterprise outright missing from the MSP+ license considering its more expensive.
I like the product and am fighting the corner of the product internally but when someone says its cheaper if the customer goes direct AND they get more for their money, you may as well support the decision causing management overhead for the MSP which is what MSP+ is supposed to resolve.
